Workshops

Managing the workshops, skill shares and learning at camp on all sorts of subjects; If you want to get in touch with the workshops group please email us at workshops.climatecampnz [-:AT:-] lists.coactivate.org

Sustainable infrastructure and kitchen

This group is organizing the physical structures of the camp; tents, toilets wheelie bins and power generation, they are also in charge of packing down and recycling/composting the waste that remains, the kitchen side of the group is in charge of sourcing food for the camp and setting up and running of the kitchen.

Finance

This group is in charge of sourcing funds and budgeting.

Health and safety

The aim of this group is to insure the camp is a safe space for everybody, making sure the camp and the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations, and is also in charge of mediating inter-personal conflict and making sure everyone feel safe while at the camp. Media, communications and outreach

Legal working Group

This group is advising on and dealing with legality issus related to Camp for Climate Action Aotearoa. Everything from site infrastructure and site safety, to liasing with people who enjoy dressing up in fancy costumes and calling themselves "the authorities".
